As a Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Master Health Education Specialist, and American Council on Exercise professional, I bring a well-rounded expertise to my work. I am also a proud member of the American Academy of Lifestyle Medicine, reflecting my commitment to evidence-based approaches to health and well-being.
My career spans more than 10 years across diverse settings, including corporate, integrative healthcare, education,
non-profits, and municipalities supporting community helpers.
